The TV reception was poor, more upscale technology like smart TVs would be nice!!! Entrance and exit from the property felt a bit clunky, definitely could use better traffic flow!!!

The lobby looked clean and welcoming.

Upon arrival, the staff seemed disinterested in our check-in. We had to wait about 5 minutes for assistance. Our room had a musk smell, the fridge was not turned on, and water had leaked inside it. Additionally, a dirty washcloth was found hanging on the shower head, indicating that the bathroom was not properly cleaned.

The room was spacious and the bed was super comfy, which made for a great night's sleep. I loved the heated pool and the cozy lounge area. perfect for unwinding after a long day. The only small hiccup was that the TV didn’t work that well, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all. 😊

Loud noises from the room above can be disruptive. it felt like creatures were running rampant during the night. The pool area, while sparkling, lacked any means for shade which can be a dealbreaker for those wanting to enjoy the outdoors without frying in the sun.

Great for a quick stay!

Had a decent time, except for a major issue with ants in our bed. Tried to get some sleep, but they kept crawling on me! The front desk didn’t really seem to care when I mentioned it. On the plus side, the location was super convenient and the room was nice and clean. Breakfast was tasty, too!

Loved the spacious room, perfect for a couple's getaway! Had a delightful sleep-in thanks to those fabulous blackout shades. The staff were sweethearts, making check-in a breeze!

The bathroom door played hide-and-seek—never fully latched. Also, the carpet next to the bed could've used a little more love!
